SunDance Resort at Big White Ski Resort, Canada

Wednesday, April 7th, 2010

The premier resort at Big White Ski Resort in Canada is SunDance Resort . Learning about all the special features of SunDance Resort from General Manager Claus was informative and thought provoking. Sundance Resort is the only resort with an outdoor salt water pool on Big White Mountain and it was getting plenty of use from young and old. Many other amenities along with accommodation options are available and will be in upcoming videos but for now one of the most timely features is that SunDance Resort taps into the endless amount of clean energy available from deep within mother earth. Geothermal Heating System, the first of it’s kind at a North American ski resort heats the pool, hot tub and underground parkade. This is clean energy, no pollution. These are the kinds of initiatives that show what can be done and Sundance Resort needs to be commended for this environmentally sound thinking and action.
