What is your favorite resort at Walt Disney World?
In Orlando.
Mine is Pop Century and I am planning on spending my next vacation there, but I’m also not sure if I’d like to stay in a different resort.
What is your favorite resort in Disney, and what is your review on it?
Thanks in advance!
I have a couple, so here are my favorites.
1. Polynesian – expensive but worth every penny. There is so much to do, the resort itself is beautiful, the rooms are huge, and the service is outstanding. Plus, being on the monorail system to the Magic Kingdom and being able to watch the Wishes fireworks show from your room is pretty cool.
2. Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa – my home Disney Vacation Club resort. We are staying here in April at the Treehouse Villas, and can’t wait. The resort is huge, and very quiet. Close to Downtown Disney, slowly becoming my top resort.
3. All-Star Movies – has everything that Pop Century has (including price) plus the decor of some of the best Disney movies in history. We have stayed in the 101 Dalmations wing and the Fantasia wing.
4. Caribbean Beach – big resort in the moderate level. Tons to do, food court and restaurant, decor is outstanding. Had a blast staying here.
Those are my favorites. I hope this helps. If you want more info I would suggest checking out the disboards. The disboards is a message boards type website that is all about going to Disney. You can get advice on where to stay including resort reviews, restaurant reviews, tips for avoiding crowds, and just about any other topic you can think of. I put the link below.
Have a great trip!

I like the Wilderness Lodge simply because it’s different. The cabins are nicely appointed and it’s relatively affordable. Here’s the link to the wilderness lodge site: http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/resorts/wilderness-lodge-resort/
It’s right on the lake and despite being in swampy Central Florida, it feels like the woods of Montana.
My favorite resort in Orlando is Portifino Bay at Universal. http://www.loewshotels.com/en/hotels/portofino-bay-hotel/overview.aspx . It’s built to look like the Italian village of Portifino (google image search it). It has ferry service (free) to the Islands of Adventure parks as well as the original Universal Studios and the City-Walk complex. It also has well maintained walking trails connecting it to those parks as well as the Hard Rock Hotel and the Royal Pacific.
Enjoy your trip!

We stayed in Beach Club Resort for a week.
It was amazing! everything was perfect, it took us about 2min to walk to the Epcot back gates, and the transport to get to disneys hollywood studios was also really quick.
the pool and slide is really fun, and they had water volleyball games at 6pm and all us kids (and some parents!) all played, and im not from the US either.

My favorite is Coronado Springs. It is part of the moderate resorts. It is a beautiful resort with great charm. It features lots of bus stops and 4 pools w/laundry areas. Be sure to check it out on the Disney website.
