What is a good all-inclusive resort in the Carribean?

Sunday, June 6th, 2010

My grandmother is taking my boyfriend and I on a trip as a gift, I need to find a resort that is elegant and beautiful (not old like some of the beaches resorts) I want one that includes many different activities for my active boyfriend and has lots of selection for food. Something reccomended for young adults with stuff to do but romantic at the same time. Anyone stayed at my dream resort? There is pretty much no price limit.

Try the Hilton in Barbados or The crane. =)

Can anyone suggest me some good resort near to mumbai which is economically best for overnight stay?

Tuesday, June 1st, 2010

I am planning my holiday at your resort/hotel.
I want food, accomodation, entertainment and facility wise detail.

I am planning for over night stay from evening to next day evening.

can any one has any idea?

I inquired at "Silent Hill Resort" and "The Great Escape Resort", but their charges are too high and mostly not feasible for an economical class people.

Kindly suggest other than these.

You can check the site www.travelhungama.com. The site will give all the weekend destinations around mumbai resorts, beaches bungalow etc. You can click each and find the rates, photos gallery of the resort and how to reach there. But after deciding the resort, try to booked it directly thru the resort as it will not involve the commission part of travelhungama. You can get the resort website details thru google search.
Also I can recommend to see site www.rivertouchresort.com
It is a Good Resort river facing and is at Karjat and it is economical.I hope this Informationn will give you good idea to plan your trip

What is your favorite resort at Walt Disney World?

Saturday, May 29th, 2010

In Orlando.
Mine is Pop Century and I am planning on spending my next vacation there, but I’m also not sure if I’d like to stay in a different resort.
What is your favorite resort in Disney, and what is your review on it?
Thanks in advance!

I have a couple, so here are my favorites.

1. Polynesian – expensive but worth every penny. There is so much to do, the resort itself is beautiful, the rooms are huge, and the service is outstanding. Plus, being on the monorail system to the Magic Kingdom and being able to watch the Wishes fireworks show from your room is pretty cool.

2. Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa – my home Disney Vacation Club resort. We are staying here in April at the Treehouse Villas, and can’t wait. The resort is huge, and very quiet. Close to Downtown Disney, slowly becoming my top resort.

3. All-Star Movies – has everything that Pop Century has (including price) plus the decor of some of the best Disney movies in history. We have stayed in the 101 Dalmations wing and the Fantasia wing.

4. Caribbean Beach – big resort in the moderate level. Tons to do, food court and restaurant, decor is outstanding. Had a blast staying here.

Those are my favorites. I hope this helps. If you want more info I would suggest checking out the disboards. The disboards is a message boards type website that is all about going to Disney. You can get advice on where to stay including resort reviews, restaurant reviews, tips for avoiding crowds, and just about any other topic you can think of. I put the link below.

Have a great trip!

which resort in riviera maya has the best snorkeling ?

Monday, May 24th, 2010

I am planning a trip to Mexico, and would like to be able to snorkel from the beach at the resort.

There isn’t much to see directly in front of the hotels unless you stay on Cozumel or go south near Akumal. Tankah bay is a very shallow bay protected by the barrier reef off shore, I’ve snorkeled in there and there is much to see.

On Cozumel, I’ve stayed at Fiesta Americana (see link) and there is snorkeling right in front.

What is the least crowded ski resort on the east coast?

Thursday, May 20th, 2010

I was planning on going away last minute for a few days because of holiday break but don’t want an extremely crowded resort. Any suggestions?

I would highly recommend Wildcat Mountain… Its cold because of Mt. Washingtons shadow, so most families go to Attitash or Sunday River. It also gets more snow because of the location and the vertical footage is good for New England. Plus there is a killer hotel called the Town and Country right down the road. Indoor pool, steam room, hot tub and a Bar attached!! I could go on and on!!! Cheap too!! GO!
